25.01.2022 Update We are back guys! As of midnight, 21st November, our doors will be back open! We are so stoked that we are able to come out of lockdown early and have you all back in the club, but please remember to adhere to the government guidelines still in place. Please ensure you are following the social distancing rules, are wiping all machines after use, and disinfecting your hands upon entry & exit of the club. 25.01.2022 Pina Colada Instant Pot Oats Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 4 servings | Calories: 233 cal These Pina Colada Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats are a delicious, healthy tropical-inspired breakfast meal prep idea made in one pot for little clean up!... Ingredients - 1 tbsp coconut oil - 2 cups coconut milk (from carton) - 1 cup water - 1 cup steel cut oats - 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple, diced - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut - Raspberries or cherries (optional, for topping) Instructions 1. Pour coconut oil, coconut milk, water and steel cut oats to Instant Pot in that order. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes and let the pressure release naturally (about 20-25 minutes - you'll know when the pressure valve is down and lid opens easily.) 2. Remove lid and stir in shredded coconut and pineapple. Divide among 4 meal prep bowls and garnish with raspberries or cherries (optional). Serve and enjoy Freezing this recipe This recipe is freezer friendly! If you plan on meal prepping farther in advance than the five days, you can store your individual servings in the freezer. All you have to do is put your mason jar or glass container in the freezer and move it to the fridge to thaw the night before you're ready to enjoy it. 13.01.2022 UPDATE It is with sadness that we once again temporarily close our doors from midnight on November 16th, following the recent State Government announcement. All memberships will be put on freeze for the duration of the closure. You do not need to take any action to freeze your membership, this will automatically be done for you. ... As disappointing as this is, we respect the Government’s decision, and we want to ensure that our gym is a safe environment for our members and that we are doing our part to ensure the health of the greater community. In this time of uncertainty our thoughts are with our members and we want to thank everyone for their ongoing support.
