17.01.2022 GREAT NEWS... We have a brand new $25000 state of the art Security System being installed into the gym today. This security system is the best you can get and it will help us monitor COVID 19 tracking a lot better and will help keep everyone safe in the gym and when exiting the gym. We are also relocating the access door to the left hand side of the gym near the office

16.01.2022 Big thank you to a beautiful member who surprised me with flowers today for helping keep our gym going through these tough times. I thought those 4am starts would never end! We spoke about the importance of making sure we had a safe place to exercise while helping us cope with mental health concerns during these unprecedented times. I hope everyone is settling back into their routine nicely whilst we are slowly returning to normal. Just remember I love this place just as... much as you do and realise the importance of keeping our doors open. A massive thankyou to the owner Jarrod who has helped me do this by employing extra staff and making sure we have everything we need to comply with government regulations and even spoiling us with new equipment!
