25.01.2022 Important announcement. Due to new NSW government COVID restrictions, the gym will no longer be operating 24/7. This is a temporary measure and we hope to be operating as normal as soon as we are able!... Staffed hours for now are below. This will be starting FRIDAY 31st JULY @ 7pm. Please see staff if you have any further questions.

Sanitise your hands upon entering the club. No need to book. ALL members MUST swipe for access. Do not bring any non members outside of hours. We can sign up new members during staffed hours only. 13.01.2022 Chocolate Peanut Butter High Protein French Toast How good does this look! 1/2 Cup Liquid egg whites (4 egg whites)... 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 2 Tbsp Chocolate protein powder 1 tsp Cocoa powder 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (I use a pinch of stevia) Sweetener of choice and to taste (I used pure Stevia) 2 Slices Bread of choice 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter 1/2 Tbsp Mini chocolate chips 1. In a large baking dish, stir together the egg whites, protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and sweeten to taste. 2. Place the bread in the egg mixture and let soak for 10 minutes. Flip and let the bread soak another 10 minutes. 3. Once the bread is ready, spray a griddle (or large pan) with cooking spray and heat to medium heat. 4. Cook the bread until lightly golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side. 5. Pop the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth and melted. 6. Meet at car park area.... 226 Darlington Drive Banora Point. Monday: 9am Tuesday: 4:30pm Wednesday: 9am Thursday: 4:30pm Sessions are 45 minutes. Maximum of 9 people per class. 05.01.2022 IMPORTANT 24/7 CHECK IN UPDATE All businesses across NSW are now required to use the NSW Government QR code system to keep a record of who has visited their premises. For Anytime Fitness, this is in addition to our usual fob entry. Whilst our fob system is fantastic at recording entry time, the Government QR Code also allows members to mark their exit time, assisting the government with contact tracing should the need occur. Contact tracing is one of the most powerful too...ls to stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community. If you have not already done so, you will need to download the Service NSW app on your phone from your relevant app store. On entry to the club, you simply scan the QR code on the service NSW poster with your phone camera, the app's check-in page will automatically open and you can to fill in your details. At the end of your visit to the club, you simply re-open the app to check out. Thank you for helping us do our part to keep our community safe.
