This exercise is awesome for Strengthening & Shaping the muscles in your Chest Be sure to check the following when performing this exercise:... The seat is adjusted so the handles are sitting at chest height and in a comfortable shoulder movement Your arm path should be following the same path as the machine As you press up, bring your elbows onwards to activate your Upper Pec/Chest muscles As you bring your arms back down, your stopping point should be just before your shoulders roll forwards If you're still unsure, need some help or would like to book in for some Personal Training Sessions with Dan, please don't be afraid to ask 1 of our friendly staff members.
