23.01.2022 Peanut Butter Protein Balls 1 cup all-natural peanut butter 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup rolled oats... 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips 14 teaspoons water Place peanut butter, protein powder, rolled oats, chia seeds, honey, and mini chocolate chips into a medium bowl. Use a wooden spoon or your hands to mix the dough together. At this point, begin to add water by the teaspoon. Depending on how drippy your peanut butter is, you’ll need to add more or less water. The water not only helps moisten things so your balls hold shape, but they actually help your balls become less chalky. Use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop dough into your palms. Roll into balls until all dough is gone. You should get somewhere between 14-16 balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

15.01.2022 OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE SERVES 1: INGREDIENTS 0.4 cups unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk, whole milk, 2% milk, etc.) 1 TBS honey (or maple syrup) 0.5 TBS cocoa powder... 0.3 tsp pure vanilla extract 0.1 tsp sea salt 0.4 cups old-fashioned oats Combine all ingredients together and place in a sealed container or jar in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next day for breakfast topped with your favorite toppings.

13.01.2022 These Greek yoghurt and berry ice blocks have us READY for summer check this 3 ingredient recipe down below 2 cups mixed berries 2 cups Greek natural yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for no dairy) 2 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)... Place berries in bowl and crush with a fork until smooth Add yoghurt and honey and mix well. Spoon mixture into ice block moulds and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight if possible. Enjoy!

12.01.2022 CAULIFLOWER TACOS (vegan) Crispy grilled or fried cauliflower 1 can refried beans 1/2 teaspoon cumin... 2 cups red cabbage, shredded 2 limes (1 for the cabbage & 1 to serve) 3 tablespoons chipotle or sriracha sauce 8 corn tortillas Fresh coriander, for garnish Grill or oven bake the cauliflower until crispy (bake about 40 mins) Mix refried beans with 1/2 teaspoon cumin and/or a pinch salt. Thinly slice the cabbage, enough for 2 cups. Mix it with 2 tablespoons lime juice and a pinch or two of salt. Allow it to stand at room temperature until serving. Warm the tortillas by placing them on grates above an open gas flame on medium heat for a few seconds per side, flipping with tongs, until they are slightly blackened and warm. Chop the coriander To serve, place refried beans in a tortilla, top with cabbage, breaded cauliflower, chipotle sauce, and coriander. 09.01.2022 Pad Thai Ingredients 150g Rice Noodles 200g King Prawns... 2 cloves garlic crushed 2 spring onions chopped 2 tbsp peanut oil 2 tbsp Chopped Chives 3 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp unsalted peanuts chopped 2 tbsp fish sauce Juice 1 lemon 1 egg beaten 1 cup bean sprouts washed Method Prepare rice noodles as per pack instructions and set aside. Fry garlic and onions gently in oil until softened. Add prawns, chives, sugar, peanuts, fish sauce and cook for a couple of minutes until prawns are cooked. Add lemon juice. Whilst stirring add egg slowly incorporating into mixture. Then add the noodles and sprouts. Serves 4 215 Calories per severe

05.01.2022 Healthier Chicken Diane INGREDIENTS 400g cauliflower, cut into small florets 400g peeled potatoes, chopped ... 1 tablespoon reduced-fat milk 2 bunches broccolini 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 chicken breast fillets, halved lengthways 1 brown onion, thinly sliced 3 garlic cloves, crushed 60ml (1/4 cup) brandy (optional) 185ml (3/4 cup) Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock 60ml (1/4 cup) light thickened cream 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard METHOD Step 1 Place the cauliflower and potato in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to the boil over medium-high heat. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the potato is tender. Drain. Use a potato masher to mash until smooth. Stir in the milk and season. Cover to keep warm. Step 2 Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the broccolini on prepared tray. Spray with oil. Season. Bake for 15 minutes or until the broccolini is tender. Step 3 Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook the chicken pieces for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate. Step 4 Heat the remaining oil in the pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until aromatic. Add the brandy, if using. Bring to the boil. Add the stock, cream, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon. Bring to the boil. Step 5 Return the chicken to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken Diane on the cauliflower mash with the broccolini and topped with the sauce.

01.01.2022 HAPPY SUNDAY MEMBERS Checkout these delicious looking Peanut butter choc banana muffins INGREDIENTS: - 3 large ripe bananas... - 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter - 4 tablespoons of honey - 2 eggs -2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1 1/4 cups of oat flour - 1 tablespoon baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 cup of dark chocolate chips METHOD: 1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin cups, and spray the muffin cups with an oil-based spray. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl combine the bananas, peanut butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until well combined. Add the oat flour, baking powder, and salt and fold to combine. Add the chocolate chips. Make sure to not over mix. 3. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups, filling just shy of the top of the cups. Bake for 5 minutes at 425F, then, without opening your oven door, turn the oven down to 350F and bake for an additional 15 minutes. 4. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. ENJOY
