25.01.2022 Hey team! Please find the new temporary staffed hours! We have tried our hardest to ensure that we do not disrupt your schedules and you are still able to access the club 7 days a week.... Admin hours will be as before: 10am-7pm Monday-Thursday and 10am-3pm Friday-Sat. GYM WILL BE CLOSED AT 12AM (MIDNIGHT) AND OPEN 6AM SAT 1ST AUG This could last 2-6 weeks () and we are trying our hardest to get this over turned. Please help us by continuing to follow the strict COVID rules, NO TOWEL NO TRAIN, 1.5 metre social distancing and wiping your equipment down. Keep the gym clean and help us create a safe environment for you, so we can get back to normal.

Here I have demonstrated 10 variations of a squat to progress to a barbel back squat.
