15.01.2022 Chunky-Monkey Banana Bread Granola Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats. 1 cup pecans.... 1 cup buckwheat groaties. 1 cup walnuts. 2 tablespoons chia seeds. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1 teaspoon vanilla powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1 large ripe banana, mashed (about 1/2 cup). 1/4 cup coconut oil. Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 and line a large baking tray with baking paper. 2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon, mix all ingredients until everyday is nicely coated. Scoop onto the prepared baking tray and roughly flatten out. You still want to leave a few large chunky pieces. 3. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Once nicely browned, remove granola from the oven and allow to cool completely, this will make your clusters hold together better.

09.01.2022 SWEET POTATO BATTERED FRIES Gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, trans fat-free, grain-free, dairy-free INGREDIENTS For: 4 people... 2 large sweet potatoes 1 tbsp coconut oil melted 3 tbsp coconut flour 1/2 tbsp paprika 1/2 tsp sea salt cracked black pepper 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) 2 tbsp almond butter (to serve, optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 200 C. 2. Peel and roughly chop your sweet potato up into wedges or fries. 3. Mix the flour, spices and optional nutritional yeast together and scatter on top of a plate. 4. Brush the sweet potato slices with the coconut oil before transferring each chip to the plate and rolling it in the "batter". 5. Line a large baking tray (or two) with non-stick baking paper, and place the wedges/fries down in a single layer (this is important for crisp, hence the suggestion to use two trays if necessary). 6. Bake for 30 minutes on one side, before tossing them and turning over to bake on the second side for a further 15-20 minutes.

08.01.2022 Chocolate Nut Tahini Bliss Balls 3/4 cups mixed nuts of choice 1/2 cup tahini 1/4 cup maple syrup... 1/4 cup cacao powder (or carob powder) 3/4 desiccated coconut or sesame seeds for rolling Drop vanilla essence Blitz nuts in food processor, not too chunky but avoid making them them into a powder, you want a good texture through your ball. Combine nuts with other ingredients in large bowl and mix well; add more or less coconut depending on how oily tahini is. Mixture should be firm yet malleable. Roll mixture into balls and roll into a bowl of coconut or sesame seeds, then refrigerate for 30mins and serve. See more

03.01.2022 This is definitely one of our members favourite lower chest exercises. Here's how you do it: 1.) Start off setting up handles on a low pulley cable machine, standing in between the machines, grabbing the handles with both hands and keeping your arms at your sides.... 2.) Slowly bring the handles together in front of your body at about waist level and squeeze your lower chest. 3.) Hold for a count then return back to the starting position. 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
