Joel has been working @anytimefitnesswynnum since July and has established himself as a trainer focussed on building functional strength with his clients. Personally, his favourite piece of equipment is the barbell - as there is so much functional movement you can do. Front squats, deadlifts and power cleans are his weapon of choice on training days.
