Over the last few weeks our school staff have been working together, to think outside the box and not only help our murrpas (kids) learn, but remind them that despite the distance, we are all still connected. 01.01.2022 After reading The Rabbits by Shaun Tan as part of our History program, students in Stage 2 unpacked English literary devices and composed their own examples of similes, metaphors and personification to align with images from the text. We discussed how words can be used to connote different meanings and help connect the reader through imagery.
