15.01.2022 Hi everybody. Time to put those New Years resolutions into action. The first An-Zen training night of 2016 is Tuesday the 19th of January. Adults class kicks off at 7pm with a fitness night to help everyone burn off some of the Christmas/New Years pudding. Hope to see you all there.
