23.01.2022 To all involved. Thank you
22.01.2022 You know I really didn’t want to go into the city tonight. What a mistake I would have made if I didn’t turned up. There’s some beautiful people on the planet and some of them are right here in these photos. Then I get this message from a mum tonight. Her 7 year old wants to help out. It’s not about me it’s all about the WE! Thank you team AOK
17.01.2022 Lots of negative and stressful thoughts felt by many over the last few weeks. Panic buying, cancelling of events....... Let’s do what we can to stay safe and calm. Stress and worry will lower our immune system. How can we function efficiently in a stressed state? It’s impossible we are in FIGHT OR FLIGHT MODE and all our energy is getting ploughed into survival. Let’s spare a thought for our friends on the streets. I’m guessing more than ever they will be getting ignored and... where is safe for them? Cortisol is released in a stressed state and this has massive negative effects on the body long term. Meditation is a great way for reducing cortisol and producing healthy life giving chemicals of oxytocin and serotonin. Stay calm, stay safe and be kind
16.01.2022 Lots of people out on the cold streets tonight. Thank you to the people who made up food packs, donated supplies and the team who came in tonight to hand our supplies and connect. Team effort gratitude
15.01.2022 Such a great idea. Such a great person. Rest in peace.
15.01.2022 Love gratitude appreciation
15.01.2022 To the person going through our trash for their next meal, you’re a human being and worth more than a meal from a dumpster. Please come in during operating hours for a couple slices of hot pizza and a cup of water at no charge. No questions asked.

14.01.2022 Sad and good day in the city. We never know what the night will hold. Started with much sadness as we listened to a young man who was in so much pain in life, his heart was breaking . Then we seen another regular unconscious from alcohol, not the highlights of our night. But glad we could share some of their hurt and listen. We met another friend on the street. This guy never wants anything from us, he’s very organised with what he has and is always reading books. Tammy has... made it a mission to get books for him, every visit. It’s beautiful to see how much he appreciates this. Something I didn’t know, but found out tonight is he’s the most brilliant artist. Look at these photos of his work. Just magical. Tonight made me so grateful for the life I get to live, so sad for the people on the streets and in awe of the talent that’s out there.
10.01.2022 How cold is it tonight. Stop and say hello, it’s really that simple. Ask them are you ok, would you like a hot drink and some food I have some fresh socks and a blanket too. But the most important thing we’ve found is that you show them you care it’s cold give out some heat to our friends on the street (love)
07.01.2022 A commitment friendly bunch headed into the city tonight to look after our friends on the streets. Making a difference. Thank you to everyone who donated supplies and made food packs this week. Gratitude
06.01.2022 We attract similar people into our life, people who are a reflection of who we are. People that mirror our values, beliefs and have similar habits and interests. You’ll get along with them, they’ll feel good to be around. Very important to find people on a similar path in life. People who will help you grow, have fun with, love and enjoy life with. Today I am grateful for... - good friends - healthy food and the way it makes me feel - everyone who has helped out to make the dream real
02.01.2022 So beautiful when we see puppies on the street. As humans we are constantly looking for things to help us feel good. Dogs have got to be one of the best things to help the guys on the street fell better rather than drinking or taking drugs to change their state. Thank you to our helpers today on our visit and everyone who made food packs. Gratitude
02.01.2022 Not that we are doing it for any reason. But let’s see what happens? Our little experiment with life
01.01.2022 We thank everyone for their continued support. Unfortunately at this time we aren’t taking any donations and have stopped our visits into the city. Please spend time and think about how lucky we are. Looking forward to starting everything back up. We have the best community
