11.01.2022 Wow, what a weekend Harmony 9s, you brought it again, the weekend was a blast. To Nrlwa, we would like to thank you in welcoming our Aotearoa Community with open arms and making this multicultural tournament possible.... To Helen Grey, thank you for your support and friendship, I know your food stall was a success and I hope you didn’t loose too much profit from feeding us all you are the best and your food is amazing (could do with one of your works burgers right now) To our linesman, the Q man, thank you for coming through for us at the last minute, we are forever grateful To all the cultural communities, we have made many friends and witnessed some amazing skills, especially our Tokelau whanau, you guys rock, so friendly and beautiful hymns, Tonga opened their community to us, our young men will cherish the friendship, and a special mention to Te Urupu u14s, such an impressive side, with players younger than the age grade, played with pride and heart, you all have a bright future....and a big congrats to all the the teams that were successful in their division, a massive achievement and well deserved. Finally to our little Aotearoa community, we came into this with a vision and you all made it possible. Queens/Women’s, our hard working mums and our well deserved champs for 2019, it has been a pleasure having you all on board, you have been the best role models for our Tamariki, thank you and may your success continue. Queens u16s, runners up in your division but champs in our eyes, beautiful (on the inside and out) young ladies, your talent is amazing and I know we will see more of you in the headlines of Rising Stars Lastly our Kingz/u14s where our vision started, such a respectful, hardworking, talented group of boys, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of young men, you guys showed maturity and your passion for your culture amazed us all, you represented Aotearoa with pride and you made us so proud to call you our Kingz, you may not have come away with the win (even the All Blacks have off games ) but you are the best at what you do and we will be back Thank you to all supporters, parents, families, management staff, everyone who made this weekend a blast for our Aotearoa community, from the bottom of our hearts we wish you all a very blessed Merry Christmas and a safe, prosperous New Year, love to you all xx #BRINGONHARMONY9s2020
