We originally intended to learn some skills that would increase our confidence, so we felt able to deal with whatever life throws at us. We got this. And more! Sharing this experience as a mum & daughter has created time and space for us to be together, learn together and laugh together. Amanda helped foster this for us with theory, practical and real-life (our lives) examples of... how to put our new skills in place. Amanda took the time to understand our family dynamic and incorporated this into her training. In particular, we both benefited from setting our boundaries - what we are and aren't willing to accept from others.
