03.01.2022 This is a pergola that has been turned into a entertainment room. All we did was frame up underneath the beam supporting the pergola so no need for lintel then installed the window with laser level. Then we moved out side worked on the external cladding the blue stuff you see is called sidesurlation witch gives you your rating plus helps with condensation,then we put all the flashing on above the windows and on the bottoms witch sits over the concrete then put the external cladding on

01.01.2022 A job I did in golden grove, small court yard turned into a room. Took down the roof tiles, cut back the eve's and put up a wall with a timber lintel to support the window. Then put my cilling joist in along with the falt roof then put my Purlins in for the roof sheets
