01.01.2022 Just something for everyone to think about.. big health issue at the moment is low levels of Vitamin D which is important for many things including calcium absorption. At the same time we have a campaign to make everything fat free or low fat or cholesterol free because we think it links us to heart disease and high cholesterol levels. What we probably don't realise is cholesterol is an immune booster, building block for sexual hormones and is REQUIRED along with sunlight to make Vitamin D.
