With a heap of renovations happening, the owners decided to give the tired footpath and driveway a fresh new look. They also went with an anti slip coating to minimize the chance of any slips in wet conditions. This driveway and footpath was in quite good condition so the owner decided to stick with the same colour theme and just go with a good hot pressure wash and clear coat to enhance the beautiful red stencilling. As the house is south facing there was the usual mouldy growths on the face of the bricks. To remove this I gave the house and letterbox a soft wash solution to kill the bacteria then used the hot wash to finish the job. 07.01.2022 Hot pressure wash Chemical clean Colour seal- MONUMENT Having recently had the roof painted, the owners of this property decided on changing the look of their driveway, walkway and balcony.... After giving the driveway a chemical treatment and hot wash removing all the grime that had been accumulating over the years, the driveway was found to be in quite good condition. The owners would have got away with a clear sealer to enhance the colour and bring back the original glow but decided to go with a face lift and change colour to MONUMENT. As you can see the dark grey has really boosted the property's street appeal and giving it a more modern look. The sealer worked in well with the contrasting colours of the house.
