22.01.2022 The Depot industrial units at Prestons are now complete and handed over just in time for Christmas - just how do you gift wrap 59 industrial and storage units?

22.01.2022 Gow Street Padstow tilt panel lift underway. These panels are massive! Up to 13.5m high and 250mm thick, max panel weight over 60 tonnes. Crane decided it needed a little ‘rest’ this afternoon so final panels will be stood tomorrow. Panels are same height as the stack of four high shipping containers next door!

21.01.2022 Here is a month by month 2020 project round up to close out the year. Thank you to our great Apex team, awesome sub contractors, suppliers and customers for a great year despite the issues that 2020 has tossed up for everyone. Looking back we have handed over some great projects in a difficult year but now is the time to look forward to 2021 and a new round of projects to come! Stay safe and see you in 2021, cheers.

19.01.2022 Feature cladding taking shape at The Depot Yato Road Prestons, not long to go now and this development will be completed.

17.01.2022 Apex Building Systems wishes all of our friends, customers, subbies and FB followers a safe Merry, and hopefully covid-free, Christmas. Just to prove that we spend all of our energy on turning out high quality industrial buildings here is a photo of our Christmas decorating skills... we admit it is a bit lacking so might need to bring in some specialised help next year! Merry Christmas everyone.

16.01.2022 Pleased to say the Vallance Street St Marys 'twins' are completed and handed over! Looking great and steadily improving this older industrial area that was once Australian Defence Industries land (we haven't dug up any explosives yet!). Hopefully we will keep working our way down the street in future! This final build represents the 20th industrial building that Apex have constructed over many years in the Dunheved Circuit area of St Marys alone!

15.01.2022 Gow Street Padstow update, roof on and mezzanine office slab ready to pour if the rain will give us a break! Definitely a lofty build in this case at around 13.5m tall!

09.01.2022 Our Padstow build is coming along nicely despite rain interruptions, a couple of more concrete pours to squeeze in before Christmas and Aaron will be looking forward to a well earned break - these old redevelopment sites can be trying!

08.01.2022 Gow Street Padstow Stage One nearing completion ready for our Customer to move into so we can move on to Stage Two, looking good!

06.01.2022 Partnering up again with our friends at Kennards Self Storage on another project breaking ground soon - watch this space...

06.01.2022 Another project nearing final handover. The first of the Vallance Street St Marys ‘twins’ is nearly ready to occupy! Final touches include installation of overhead cranes and a flash epoxy floor finish. Will show off some more photos soon...

03.01.2022 Have been very busy closing out 2020 so apologies for very few posts lately! Will be posting some great shots of some finished projects soon when the skies are blue again but in the meantime here is a moody evening shot of The Depot industrial units at Prestons!

02.01.2022 On the home run now! Couple of weeks to go on finishing touches at The Depot units in Prestons. Looking forward to seeing finished project after clean and landscaping. Stay tuned for final photos to come!

01.01.2022 New project coming up soon at Beresfield near Newcastle. One of three projects that we are currently finalising for construction to commence later this year up there. Some freeway drive time coming up!

01.01.2022 I’ve been waiting on some blue sky days to get nice photos of the twin builds at Vallance Street St Marys but no luck lately! The green twin is now occupied by the tenant and the Orange twin is nearing completion for hand over in early 2021. Merry Christmas and stay safe!
