24.01.2022 Woo hoo!! Slowly getting there!! My client Grace is doing so much better with her squats. Shes learning to draw her knees out. Hips on (abs on) so she will engage her core more and stay nice and tight throughout her squat with that breath at the top, and Also just teaching her breaking at her hips 1st, carrying the weight through her heels. 24.01.2022 Smashing out some Romanian Deads for high reps after my Squats and finally feeling no sharp pain in my hip flexors or quads. Crazy happy. At this point im happier then a mother having her 1st born child. So good to be working my legs again. Sometimes we push our selfs that little bit to far or do one tiny movement that could do a bit of damage. And as stubborn as some of us are, look after your body. 16.01.2022 Super proud of my client. After one of the challenges we did in the 8 week challenge my client Aaron pumped out 3 on a 100kg easy. Its been hard trying to smash legs but not completely so we can still smash out the 8 week challenge workouts but its still been achievable. Weve been focusing a lot on legs and his mobility. 13.01.2022 My client @torimoo Is doing absolutely awesome. Smashing out some rear flys to target her rear delts and a small percentage of traps. After doing her strength program and smashing that, her new goal is to become more lean so she is on a completely different program with her diet slightly changed also. Consistency is one of the key points when it comes to training. If you want results or progress, whether if its for weight loss, bulking, strength etc you have to be consistent. No one is going to do the work for you. 10.01.2022 Getting to where i want to be. Slowly but im still making process with my size and strength. Its 2017 and being a new year we should all have new goals. Whether its fitness, career, travel, financial, hobbies, etc Pushing yourself beyond your limitations and expectations will be one of the best things you ever do in your life. But. Are you ready? Will you commit? We all have our ups and downs but whatever mistakes we make in the process we can only learn from. I have recentl...y mad my mistake taking a week and a half off my program towards the end of 2016 and losing strength coming up to a comp this month which i have pulled out of cause of this reason and i also wasnt ready mentally. I now have learnt from this error and will take something away from it. I plan to commit a lot more towards my training and try new things to help my clients mentally and physically. 07.01.2022 I first started gym to gain strength and put on weight as I was incredibly skinny weighing roughly 67kg-69kg. Since I have been training i have gotten myself to 82kg,83kg and on the odd occasion 84kg at a lean body mass. Starting my new program and hitting my numbers and finally eating as much as I can Im now the heaviest Ive been in my life. 5kg away from my goal. 06.01.2022 Smashed my goal!! All this hard training of my own and me changing my diet, making sure Im getting all my calories and the right amount of carbs, fats and proteins has paid off. At the start of the 8 week challenge i weighed in at 79kg and it annoyed me a little as i want to be in the 80s but i was happy with a 10% body fat. So i said to myself if i put on weight but stay at 10% ill be happy. I can say I definitely Suprised myself as i am now 80.2kg and now 7.4% body fat. My muscle mass has gone 40.7kg to 42.9kg, definitely happy with that. Have only put on a small amount but im on the right path. 01.01.2022 So during the 8 week warrior challenge Tori and i didnt really focus so much on her strength. Towards the end of September after the challenge she started her new program which we were both pumped for! Shes just finished her program so yesterday we did her testing for her squat and OMG it was amazingly brilliant. Shes gone from a 75kg squat to a 102.5kg squat. I could die the happiest pt right now.
