18.01.2022 18 Days until Christmas As you know this time of the year is very busy for me. I do ask that you confirm your appointments with me. I always send out a curtesy message confirming all appointments a few days prior to your appointment. If I don’t get response I will list your appointment up for someone else to have. A booking fee is required to secure your booking as most of you know. If you haven’t done so & do happen to cancel your appointment last minute there will be a $2...0 cancellation fee I hate to do this but at the end of the day it’s unfair for myself and clients that miss out the could have taken your appointment. I have very limited appointments the next two weeks so if you haven’t booked an appointment yet please do get in touch with me. Sophie

18.01.2022 Hi everyone. Starting from next week my availability and hours will change. I will now only be working the following days for mobile; MONDAYS, WEDNESDAY’S & SUNDAYS. Some after hour appointments can me made with the exception if my regulars are desperately needing an appointment. Again I will still put up monthly availability but please keep in mind now that my hours have been cut down significantly I will get booked out more then ever now. So please do keep booking your app...ointments in advance so you don’t miss out. Thanks for understanding.

03.01.2022 | CLIENTS PLEASE READ | Updated policy To secure your booking a non refundable booking fee of $20 is required. Appointments are not secured until payment is received. This fee will be used as a credit towards your future appointment but will be forfeited if any no show or cancellation occurs. This is not something I wanted to do but unfortunately clients miss out when I can not fit them in then someone cancels with very short notice.
