02.01.2022 Wow I am now fully booked every weekend through to Christmas. It’s been like this for a while now and I am just so lucky to have started a heart project business as it keeps me in my heart. I also work at VRTP and I have learned so much about people and working at different venues. And in each venue there are different outlets. I needed a job as I want to learn how to work with people and learn how to work in a team, learn systems, deal with difficult customers, learn custom...er service, train people effectively, be efficient, reduce waste, buy biodegradable products.m and that’s just one side of a business. I’ve learned that having a business is not just about making the cake it’s about everything sales, marketing, budgeting, branding, social media, HR it can be so overwhelming. Anyway I stick to what I’m good at and my Mum who does everything else sticks to what she is good at. We are just doing our best really. This cake is a Fortnite Cake I made as all of my cakes are covered in Swiss Meringue buttercream and not fondant. 01.01.2022 I really enjoyed making this cake. Inspired by a cake made by Kylie's Cupcakery I was told by a client that her daughter just loved this cake. I also wanted to try make the cake too and here was the final result. 01.01.2022 I have been missing on my socials for a while and when I think about it and despite being busy with making cakes and working at VRTP. I have needed to be quiet so I can figure my world out. I am still here I’m just sitting in the quiet corner. Whilst in the quiet corner I have been learning & studying which has been so hard for me. I am not an academic but I know I need to persevere. For me it has been a challenge and most times I just don’t get any of it. In the meanwhile...
