25.01.2022 I still remember the day we met through mutual friends . . 13.01.2022 have been reading @drjoedispenza ‘supernatural’ learning all about our energy centres or ‘chakras’ and the blockages that can manifest in each one as well as how to unblock them during meditation . . have also been working with my life coach @jenhamiltonofficial to become aware of things that trigger me and which energy centre I’m feeling triggered in, to them know what needs to be released .... . the key is AWARENESS and from that stems understanding and healing . . made these chakra rollers to use during meditation too with different oils that support each energy centre because everything is connected . . 13.01.2022 celebrating 1 year of bus life this week . . it has gone so quickly yet we’ve seen so much but not nearly as much as we had planned with bushfires & the current situation throwing a spanner in the works .... . but everything happens for a reason and all the memories we’ve created so far get me all warm & fuzzy inside seeing the kids grow up like this so connected to Mother Nature and experiencing a new corner of our beautiful country each & every day . . there a times that are definitely chaotic and Ben and I look at each other asking ‘are we crazy?!’ but I wouldn’t swap this crazy beautiful life for anything right now - we are living each and every day to the fullest and spending it together as a family what more could you ask for . . 13.01.2022 it’s strange now having lived a year together as a family, with neither Ben or I having to leave each other in order to work to provide, that I take this for granted . . that this is our life now .... . that sometimes I forget it wasn’t always this way and isn’t this way for most of society when it should be . . why does society split the family unit up in order to ‘provide’ for it? . . don’t get me wrong, I love my alone time and being a parent is the hardest unpaid job in the world and having time away from your partner is healthy . . but parenting and raising children is something that should happen within a community of support . . I feel like society has it wrong and it’s time for us to rewrite what raising a family whilst making an income looks like . . there is another way you just have to BELIEVE it is for you too See more

I wear the hats of mother, partner, business owner & myself without feeling guilt that one is taking from the other . . I make mistakes and yell and snap and react in ways I shouldn’t but I own up to it and apologise and learn and grow from it . . I’m constantly working to be a better version of myself - healing my traumas, working through my blockages and letting go of stories and beliefs that no longer serve me . . I radiate gratitude and joy and make pockets of time for ceremony and ritual in everyday . . 06.01.2022 I was chatting to my life coach @jenhamiltonofficial yesterday about the different energies we as women and mothers transition between each day and how if you are not CONSCIOUSLY moving from one to another each day you can be left feeling out of alignment . . I am a mother, a friend, a business owner, a lover, a partner and a goddess - myself .... . but often I feel pulled by 2 or 3 different energies at the one time leaving me frustrated & drained . . working to consciously envision and feel myself move from one energetic space to another by cleansing between and/or envisioning a different light for each energetic field . . it will take practice - but with practice comes conscious habit See more

06.01.2022 I’m (still) reading (come on I’m a mama ) Becoming Supernatural by @drjoedispenza before bed at night and I’m very into recalibrating my mindset at the moment . . so I was thinking the other day about ‘society’s’ expectation of us to go to school and then go to uni/college spending thousands of hours studying (getting into debt) for years in order to get a degree where we HOPEFULLY end up getting a graduate job earning not that much to then spend thousands of hours w...orking to HOPEFULLY get a promotion or a pay-rise IF all our hard work gets noticed . . and then there’s this thing called network marketing (yeah I see ya throwin’ shade ) where it can feel like you put in a lot of work in the beginning for not much money... . . buuuuut it’s in something you’re PASSIONATE about and instead of spending 4 years essentially working for nothing AND getting into debt studying you’re spending 4 years working hard to build YOUR OWN BUSINESS with a whole lotta personal growth thrown in that turns you into the BEST version of yourself . . GIVING YOURSELF promotions and pay rises that will then mean you’re set up for the REST OF YOUR LIFE . . (please get your hands on a copy of ‘the four year career’ if you don’t get what I’m laying down ) . . so yeah I’ve just spent 2.5 years working in my passion helping people, changing lives alongside a company that cares about my and my family’s health and the health of our environment as much as I do . . And I’m looking at another year and a half to get to the TOP - so I can use all that abundance to CHANGE THE WORLD . . I did the uni thing so I’m speaking from experience (studying and working full-time) . . And in most businesses you’re lucky to break even in the first year - I was having my business expenses paid for in the first few months & from there the sky was the limit . . So what I’m saying is society’s story doesn’t have to be YOUR story - there is another way - there is a life of PASSION & FREEDOM waiting for you to make the DECISION it’s for YOU too . . 05.01.2022 it’s funny, whenever we’re in a house for a little while - whether we’re staying with friends or family or renting an air bnb I get the itchiest feet after a week or two - missing the nomadic life . . houses just seem to big and yet confined at the same time .... . makes me wonder how we’ll eventually settle for good . . I think it’s just me soul telling me it’s just not the time yet, there’s still so much to explore and probably more this journey needs to teach us . . See more

05.01.2022 8 months post-partum with my second . . loving on this soft belly for all it has created and held .... . feeling the urge to move & strengthen my body again after a period of rest and focus on nourishing Juni . . she is now going 3-4 hours between feeds which is allowing me more freedom and Ben to take both kids for longer periods . . going to start a light core strengthening routine & dry body brushing with grapefruit & cypress essential oils to support skin & muscle tone See more

03.01.2022 morning swims in the ocean with my sun . . he’s been triggering me a lot of late with his intense emotions - bringing some inner child stuff to the surface .... . definitely things I have been avoiding but need to work through . . avoiding because life is chaotic enough #amiright without delving into all our trauma on top of that buuuuut spiritual growth work always niggles when it’s needed . . and I surrendered to what I needed to hear and to tell myself, my inner child, my inner toddler Luna, in order to start healing myself . . ‘you want to be held & seen & accepted for who you are. To not be told to keep quiet, stop whinging.
