25.01.2022 If you want to get something done, become a busy person. Get in your own way. If you have something important to do schedule the minimum amount of time you think is required each day to do it and then fill the rest with things you consider important. This is relevant to health, career, friends, family or whatever you don’t have time for in your usual day that you wish you did. ... If you have a small fridge you fill a small fridge. If you have a large fridge you still seem to fill it and struggle to find room for the new groceries. Same goes for your day and your time. If you have half an hour to do something you prioritise more and become a lot more efficient. If you have 3 hours to do the same job then we tend to become relaxed and think I’ll have time. I’ll start straight after I check social media for a minute or I’ll have another coffee. Do yourself a favour and cut your time short. Fill your day with things that will make you become a healthier happier person.

13.01.2022 Motivation is rubbish. Motivation is very fleeting. Most people wait for motivation to begin something. I’m just not feeling motivated... Action, small actionable steps create motivation. And turning these small actionable steps into non negotibable daily habits we start to callus the mind as David Higgins talks about. Callus the mind like we callus our hands. ... Do it even when it’s tough, do it when we love it, do it when no one else is watching. Just do it. One step at a time. This is how we achieve what we want to achieve. These habits and systems become very important in our everyday lives.

11.01.2022 I’m so grateful! While I was home on holidays I was lucky enough to teach some wonderful children for 3 weeks as their teacher had to leave suddenly. During this time I was fortunate enough to be able to implement a program with them that encourages daily gratitude and improves mental health. The concept is all about if you fill someone else’s bucket by being a kind and thoughtful person than you are also filling your own bucket. It was also an important lesson to teach thes...e children to also fill their own buckets with kindness. This is a topic I teach many adults through life coaching, that we need to give love and kindness to ourselves as much as others. When I left to return to Thailand they made me a gift of a travelling bucket. In it was a kind note from every student. This is a gift I will treasure for a very long time. So many smiles have come from reading these thoughtful notes. Have a wonderful day everyone and have you filled a bucket today?
