07.01.2022 Day 5 of isolation made a quick apnea workout. . Do these exercises on a passive exhale if you have never tried before, want to make it harder? Exhale to RV. Us...e a noseclip if you have one and don't forget to include a good recovery stretch at the end. . For pyramid sets start at 2 reps take 2 recovery breaths then ad a rep till 15 then work back down to 2. . For 30:10, 10 is the rest period. . The plank is the only exercise where you are allowed to breathe. Have fun and make the most of your isolation, lung stretching session will be up soon. See more
