12.01.2022 Bench Press Max Reps At Body Weight : Jadon @_clewsy_ hits 30 speed reps 85kg , at his body weight 85kg . Jadon is an avid vegan & this has not inhibited his strength, as he works... towards his first raw powerlifting comp next year. Working on an old school progressive overload cycle, Jadon has just hit 135kg 3sets 6reps . 04.01.2022 Dumbbell Pressing Mastery ! It’s impressive in a gym to see a trainer using heavy dbs with total control. Full range , safe tight positioning & then being able to get up on completion . No throwing or dumping the weights , potentially damaging the equipment,or wiping out other members close by!... Terrance at tezzafromwezza pressing an easy 6 reps at 72.5 kg -soon to the 85kg seen below. Tezza has been training at our gym for around 15years & has put on an amazing amount of bulk/strength & has been taught & follows good training form & protocol. We teach members a couple of getting up methods with dbs . For those that are learning,or are unsure , there’s the thick side pads & a controlled flat db placement.
