14.01.2022 {Endometriosis, PCOS & Hormones} Beauties, let’s talk lady bits. Suffering myself from endometriosis since I can remember & everyone in my family. Definitely has made it the norm to have so many issues with this. The buckling pain, knees, that time of the month, vomiting, not been able to walk the list goes on.... Something that really opened my eyes is that there is hormones in so many things obviously our body’s, food & so much more. Did you know they are also in Hair colour & hair products !!!!! Yep you heard it. Many hair colours & products have chemicals in them that mimic or increase estrogen as well as testosterone, we all know Endometriosis loooooves estrogen. I could go on for a while with the importanance to really looking at what you are using & sometimes something free or natural can be worse!! Ammonia free colours great let’s use that but remember that PPD can be more toxic then ammonia colour Apollonia is always offering the safer alternative. Our Colour is free from the big nasties.
