23.01.2022 | WE ARE FULLY BOOKED THIS WEEK | We will only be taking extremely urgent jobs from today as this week is completely booked for the entirety of this week. Please feel free to message if you are needing something done but please be aware that we can only do so much. ... Thank you!

22.01.2022 | CORONA VIRUS UPDATE | We are still operating. As far as I am concerned we are still classed as an essential business, but I am aware that this can change at any time. All bookings are still scheduled as planned unless you feel that you need to reschedule. ... We are implementing some changes in the way we do things, we have changed over to hospital grade disinfectant to ensure that things are getting the best clean possible, we will start to wear gloves constantly and will wear masks when possible. If you have ANY concerns at all about the team attending your house or if anyone in your home has been/is sick please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your booking. We care for our clients health and safety along with ours. Thank you all for your support and good luck to everyone affected by this outbreak. Our thoughts are with you all

20.01.2022 | HAPPY FRIDAY | Just a quick note to pre-warn all my lovely clients that I will be away on holidays from Saturday the 21st of March to Tuesday the 24th of March and then again on the 2nd of April for the day only. I will not be rescheduling days or moving anyone’s bookings around as I will organise my fabulous employees to cover these shifts. ... Hope you all enjoy you weekend Anaïs

17.01.2022 | HAPPY HUMP DAY | As the corona virus still lingers, we’ve had some of our work put on hold and have had to cancel our family holiday (insert non-stop crying here), which means I have more time to trial products at home! I’m not gonna lie, I am LOVING method at the moment! Plant based cleaning technology in a huge range, how can you go wrong?! ... Anyway, if you need something cleaned, please don’t hesitate to let us know because we have days available! Have a great day! Anais

14.01.2022 | SCHEDULING & CHANGES UPDATE | The past few weeks have been a bit crazy for us, we’ve had a lot of last minute bookings, changes, cancellations, rescheduling and personal matters to attend too. If you need a cleaner to attend your property, please give us the courtesy of advising us a few days ahead of time or at least be flexible with our schedules. We do our best to attend to everyone’s requirements but unfortunately sometimes we can’t get there. ... As of Monday everything will be back to normal and we will be ensuring everyone’s needs are met appropriately. At this stage we have the following days free for all or most of our team, if you would like a particular crew member to attend please advise us ahead of time so we can accomodate. MONDAY - 2 staff members available with the exception of 2 monthly cleans. TUESDAY - 1 pm onwards free for ALL staff members WEDNESDAY - 2 staff members available. THURSDAY - all staff available. FRIDAY - 2 staff available. SATURDAY & SUNDAY - under urgent circumstances only. Thanks for sticking by us, we love all of our clients. Anaïs x
