This recipe was taken from The inspired little pot SUPER SALVE 90g carrier oil fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond oil or olive oil... 45g coconut oil 30g shea butter 15g beeswax pellets 20 drops lemon essential oils 20 drops lavender essential oil 20 drops melaleuca essential oil Add carrier oil, coconut oil, shea butter and beeswax to a glass bowl and heat until completely melted. Double boiler method place bowl on a pot of gently simmering water and stir frequently. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring until well combined. Pour into a jar or container and allow to set. Using clean fingers, scoop a small amount of balm and sparingly on dry lips, irritated skin, chafe, scabs, dry scalp etc. All ingredients and more can be found at The Apothecary! See more

It is also used for hair growth and shampoos.. It is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. To make an infused oil put a couple of sprigs in a glass jar with olive oil store for 2 weeks in a dark cupboard and use as a dressing with balsamic vinegar on veggies or salads.

02.01.2022 We all know chicken soup makes you feel better when your fighting off a cold or flu..heres why.. this recipe contains all my favourite healing herbs.. Thyme, garlic, ginger turmeric and parsley.. Chop and coat free range /organic chicken thighs or pieces with spelt flour and gently fry in some olive oil .. this will thicken the soup.. Gently fry in olive oil one tablespoon of grated garlic and one tablespoon of grated ginger a teaspoon of turmeric root or powder with one red onion and one large stick of celery plus 2 small carrots..add 2 tablespoons of Thyme and 2 tablespoons of parsley.. cover with chicken stock simmer for 5 minutes add chicken to the vegetable mix with one small can of creamed corn.. simmer for 20 mins and garnish with more thyme and parsley and its done....enjoy!
