21.01.2022 Thought we'd have a bit of fun since our rescheduled date was this coming weekend. After receiving a few suggestions and requests, we've decided to have a "Virtual" Appin Wheels Festival. It'll kick it off on Saturday 3pm, and conclude Sunday 3pm. Rules are to post only a picture of your show vehicle you were entering. The picture with the most likes in 24 hours wins Best in Show 2020 Besides this honour, you will also win our generous prize of:... *Your vehicle being the new profile picture for our FB page *Free show vehicle entry fee paid to our 2021event *Plus 5 free spectator entries. 08.01.2022 We dodged a bullet postponing the event with Covid. It would have been called off with today's weather anyway

05.01.2022 Good Evening, This post is to regretfully advise that Appin Wheels Festival now has to be cancelled. This has come directly from the Department of Education who have advised no events can be held during Term 4 on school grounds with their restrictions imposed for any activity or event due to Covid 19.... This is extremely disappointing, but not unexpected. We thought by postponing we could be lucky, but no such luck unfortunately. An email has been sent to sponsors, food trucks and business/market stalls. Save the Date for next year, Sunday 19th September 2021!!! If you haven’t already, please like and follow our Facebook page to keep up to date with what’s happening with Appin Wheels Festival. Here’s hoping 2020 finishes quickly, everyone has a great Christmas, and 2021 is a better new year all around!
