Currently we have already some advance bookings from 28th September. We are looking into possible spots in between so as to include more fur kids in need. 22.01.2022 Hi Everyone, good day. In the press conference on 29th Sept 20 Dan Andrews has said that dog groomers that are operating from home in Metro Melbourne are not yet allowed to open. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.... We will contact everyone with a booking as soon as we know when we could reopen to provide a date and time. 13.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Thank you for securing your grooming spots for your fur kids Some information about the procedures for contactless drop off and pick up at our salon. ... Day of appointment during drop off : 1. Arrive at our salon at appointment timing. 2. Approach salon reception 1 person with dogs. 3. Keep collars and lead on your fur kids. 4. Drop off your fur kids in the crate at our salon reception and lock crate. 5. Please use the hand sanitiser provided. 6. Bank transfer detail for payment will be send via mobile phone. 7. Salon garage door will close then staff will bring your fur kids into the grooming area. During pick up : 1. When grooming is completed staff will inform via mobile total cost and payment information. 2. Please transfer payment before arriving at our salon and send a copy of transfer receipt for our records. 3. Arrive for pick up and approach salon reception 1 person only. 4.
