25.01.2022 We were in Brisbane Saturday night to see a show at QPAC. We got a room with a beautiful city view and decided to set the camera up for a timelapse to capture the sunset. If I new the laser show was on at the end I would have let it run a little longer.

24.01.2022 The Permanent Waterhole at Sundown National Park in May last tear. There was not a drop in the river and the ground was barren but the waterhole lived up to its name even though it was even starting to look a little sorry for itself. #SundownNP #Landscape #Landscapephotogrpahy #panorama

22.01.2022 I was lucky enough to be in #WesternAustralia last week and visited #Geraldon. I went sight sighting early one morning to #CapeBurney . It was an absolutely stunning location. Still as, giving beautiful reflections off the water.

21.01.2022 Absolutely stunning sunset here at Labrador tonight. @9NewsGoldCoast, #sunset, #goldcoast #landscape

19.01.2022 It's been a while since I have done a landscape. Working through our photos from #Tasmania last year I came across this image of a Lobster #Boat in St. Helens which quite took my fancy. A little playing and I think it has turned out to be a nice image. #LandscapePhotography #Sea

19.01.2022 Have you ever taken that casual shot in passing that when you look at it again in post-processing you wish you had spent more time in taking? No idea why, but this image of a clump of tiny plants in the rain-forest is one of these and now has given me the drive to sell the old Nikon macro lens and get anew one for the Olympus.

13.01.2022 This photo has turned out better than I anticipated when I took it. The vibrance of the yellow makes it look like someone turned on a lightbulb inside of it. #lillyflower #purple #yellow #cattiwetlands #bees #flowers

12.01.2022 Continuing on our landscape journey around #Tasmania we decided to follow this little sign just outside of #Bicheno to Douglas-Apsley National Park. Interesting drive on a well maintained road and a small car park at the end. We followed the short track to the lake and had an "Oh Wow" moment as we broke through the bush and saw the lake for the first time. #landscape #landscapephotography

11.01.2022 I have been taking a poor man's timelapse of the Summit - 110 Frank Street being built a few blocks down from us (need to edit that). The other day I walked out on the balcony to see them disassembling the crane. Pity I missed the beginning but quickly grabbed a camera up to get what I could. Ran out of battery just as they lowered the last section. There's timing. #building #crane #construction #timelapse #timelapsephotography #labrador #GoldCoast

09.01.2022 As I continue to work through old photos I came across this little bit of drone footage of Cram Farm Reserve in Northern NSW. A pretty spot, a great place for a picnic and the spot where I took one of my favourite pictures (see the reply).

06.01.2022 Another image from my morning trip to #CapeBurney in #WesternAustralia. It was a pretty spot.

06.01.2022 We were on holiday in #Tasmania last year driving around the non-tourist spots and causing birds as usual. There was a flash of red so we pulled over to get a picture and accidentally came across this spot called #Ninepin. It is always a great moment when you accidentally discover something beautiful. #Landscape #landscapephotography #channelhwy

05.01.2022 Going through our photos of a recent trip to Goondiwindi. We visited Yelarbon where they have painted silos. An impressive piece of artwork on a grand scale.

03.01.2022 As the sun starts to rise and tries to break through the clouds a few surfers try and get an early morning wave. #Sunrise #Surf #NewcastleNSW #Beach

02.01.2022 With restrictions lifting the other week but still a limited travel radius we decided to check out some local parks. Our first time to the Gold Coast Botanic Gardens. A pretty spot to walk around and spend the morning.
