21.01.2022 The first of the golden beets for dinner last night. These are one of our favourite vegetables. Sweet and earthy.

21.01.2022 Moved the piggies onto fresh ground today. They have worked hard for us the last year tilling up the market garden but very soon they will become food and fill our freezer. Looking forward to trying out some different cured porky products.

18.01.2022 Honeycomb! A successful harvest of a box of honeycomb from one of the hives today. This is the second box harvested from this hive this season. Its been a good season for honey.
