06.01.2022 Brown onion haulage. I bet everyone was excited to see the sun today, I was indeed. Spent a lot of it in the patch ,planting, hauling and preparing soil. 04.01.2022 Handfuls of Asparagus Spears picked daily. These crowns are on their 3 Rd year since being planted by seed. I love approaching my patch to see them pushing through the sugar cane mulch to life. I must say they are worth all the wait!!. Absolutely delicious eaten fresh or on the BBQ. I have two cladded extra large wicking beds that they are grown in.
