04.01.2022 We covered the 'basic' aspect of the Lumbar girdle last week and this week we add muscles to the equation. As the diagram shows the region is complex with juxta...posed muscles inserting at different positions to elicit movement which many take for granted. The task of the practitioner is also complex because we often get told you have pain 'there' which then starts the whole investigative due diligence process which at times takes more than a visit to decipher.
