24.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE to those who ordered Valentine's Day Cookies... Unfortunately with the flooding and both bridges under water with no sign of them receding in time for me to guarantee delivery I have made the decision to cancel those orders. It's a 4-5hour one way trip to get to the other side, up and over the mountain - it's terrible weather to drive in and recent fires in the area required to drive, have presented another set of dangers, trees falling and rockslides. I thin...k I have contacted everybody concerned - my internet and mobile phone coverage have been patchy - so if you have ordered and haven't heard from me, I apologise. You can choose to transfer order to Easter cookies or opt for a full refund....... let's stop that praying for rain PLEASE! Or at least try and do it in smaller groups and bit more spaced out throughout the year! LOL See more

12.01.2022 Doing a bit of catch up... haven't posted here for a while. Grandaughter Peyton turned 3 in March, lucky to get a quick family cake arvo in before Covid lockdown. Topper was made using my Silhouette Cameo 4.

10.01.2022 Apologies to those that have been AUTOMATICALLY tagged on some of my cake photos by Facebook - AND on entire Albums !! I can't seem to remove them. I shuffled a few photos around and was able to delete tags of those added manually by me/customer..... but those FB ones are stubborn critters and I can't seem to find a way to delete them. Sorry !

I have known Sarah-Jane for a number of years as a fellow caker - I have watched enthusiastically as she posts pics and descriptions about their family get-togethers, celebrations, birthdays AND weddings. They do everything with such passion - passion for food, the presentation and every small detail. It ALWAYS exudes much love. 08.01.2022 Forgot to post this one... my Grandaughter Charlotte had her 3rd birthday on 5th December. .. for months she kept telling me she wanted a horse cake. This one is from Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School.. but I was a naughty student and just looked at design and did it the way I thought... looked OK though...lol

04.01.2022 ATTENTION Hawkesbury / Hills District locals I have commenced teaching with the Macquarie Community College - classes will commence for 4th Term in October (Wed night at this stage but could alter night if more people are leaning towards another option) Classes will be held in the new Richmond Leisure Centre. Beginners class but also suitable for people that may have a little experience but wanting to be inspired with Christmas themed items. We will be making 3D & 2D cake... toppers - cupcake sized but skills easily transferrable to larger cakes. I will also be looking at Day Classes and Workshops.
