23.01.2022 Im totally biased, but Id be remiss not to gather more support for the one and only John Millman and Mark Knowles

21.01.2022 Congratulations to Damien Vesely on the podium in the UCI World Series qualifier yesterday, the 110km Tour de Brisbane. 3rd place is an Impressive result for his first ever road race! Damien managed to position himself in a 4 person break away from the lead bunch of 15 at a critical point in the race, over the Ford road pinch. Kirrily has been working with Damien to hone his nutrition strategy for the grueling Grafton to Inverell road race in May. We wish him all the best! ... For those who like a little race intel - here is Damiens race wrap... "The course had two critical sections being Mt Cootha and Ford Road. The Mt Cootha climb was a lot faster than I had anticipated which ultimately gave way for our breakaway of 15 to form. The break worked well together until Ford Road and after a few attempted attacks 4 of us managed to get away again. The finish was surprisingly technical and made for an interesting finish to a tough race. I managed to come in 3rd behind two very deserving riders

21.01.2022 Go Pete. Totally sustainable living... Has he got a product line of alkalised water out?!

20.01.2022 Aussie tennis player Johnny Millman has had an amazing US Open campaign, in very tough environmental conditions. Two nights ago Roger Federer stated: ...it was just one of those nights where I guess I felt I couldnt get air. For some reason, I just struggled in the conditions". Last night competing against Djokovic, Millman was sweating so much he had to change his shorts in the second set. ... Luckily Sal from Apple to Zucchini: Performance Nutrition has been working with John for years on fuelling and hydration, which he needed to call on during his advancement into the quarterfinals. Congrats Johnny on such a brilliant and inspiring 2018 US Open! https://www.foxsports.com.au//b82cd45247965d8f9b78ec543bd0

06.01.2022 Sensational stuff

05.01.2022 I like the final sentence in this... but its well worth reading the full article if Keto is something you are considering. The opportunity cost of *not* eating high-fibre, unrefined carbohydrates is probably the biggest risk to health IMO. The final sentence if you dont want to read the full thing... "Physicians and patients should continue to judiciously appraise the benefits and risks of the ketogenic diet in accordance with the evidence, not the hype."

Super proud!! Well done! https://clearinghouseforsport.us2.list-manage.com/tr/click

Congratulations Darrell, we are so proud of youa well earned medal!!!

01.01.2022 and the cycle continues... and the new learnings dont stop - hence why it might seem that advice can be conflicting to what youve heard in the past. But its not, its just that scientists will give an answer that is to the best of our current level of knowledge. The more we learn, the more we can refine and tailor the advice to a specific situation. When people talk in absolutes, be wary. Most answers that are accurate are NOT absolute, and will start with "well, it depends..."
