25.01.2022 Sadly, we have closed our Cooper Street Clinic today until further notice. Although we are classified as Allied Health Practitioners by the Federal Government, we have decided that the risks are too great to our staff and patients to continue operating. We are blessed to have the most dedicated therapists working for us and we thank them for stepping up when asked. You are all amazing! Weve been overwhelmed by the support weve received from our patients, particularly over... the last few days. Many have said they will be the first ones back in to see us as soon as we reopen. This has truly put a tear in our eyes knowing how much we are appreciated. Thank you all. We will be back! No doubt about it. How long that will be, nobody knows but when that time comes, we will be ready to go. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates and news. 23.01.2022 We’d like to say a special thankyou to all of our patients who have returned to see us for massages since we’ve come back from our ‘COVID’ break. Your support has been truly overwhelming and we are so glad to see you all again. A thankyou also to the dozens of new patients who have entrusted us to take care of them and we thank them for their trust. We are adding more shifts weekly to keep up with the demand for our services so our business hours are a bit all over the place... at the moment as look at ways to increase our availability. Safety at our Clinic... We are taking unprecedented measures to ensure we provide the safest possible environment in our Clinic. Here are some of the things we are doing.... * Our therapists will all be wearing face masks until further notice for our mutual protection. * We have been asking every patient to wash their hands and arms up to the elbow as soon as they arrive. We thank everyone for happily obliging. * We have moved to wearing scrubs which, along with our towels, are now washed at temperatures close to 90 degrees on a sanitary cycle. * We have staggered start and finishing times, to minimise any or all contact with other patients. In 90% of cases, you will only see the Linda on reception and your therapist. * You may notice the sweet aroma of isopropyl alcohol, eucalyptus and anti-bac spray around the Clinic. We are going over-board with the cleaning regime we have put in place so every biro, flat surface, door handle, EFTPOS machine, facecradle, arms of all chairs etc, is cleaned after every single contact. Up to several times an hour. They are just few of things we are doing. We want everyone who comes into our a Clinic to feel safe and protected. Enough from me! Week 1 of self imposed isolation completed and I guess a few more yet to come. 10.01.2022 *** REVISED POST 12.20pm 26/3/2020 *** After the latest round of restrictions announced by the Prime Minister, we received clarification from our industry association (ANTA) on the changes. As we are classified as Allied Health Practitioners, Remedial Massage Therapists can continue to work under the directed conditions issued by the Prime Minister on the 24/03/2020. The PMs guidance is not a compulsory demand to practice and it is up to us to decide the safest course of a...ction for our staff & patients. However, unless directed earlier by the Federal Government to do so, we will shut our Clinic after close of trade on Friday, 28th March. We do so understanding the high risk ourselves and our patients are exposed to, due to the close physical contact that massage requires. We will stay closed until directed that we are permitted to reopen. We would like to thank our fantastic patients and staff for their continued support and we look forward to your continued support on the other side. See more

If you attend our Clinic and you have flu symptoms, a c...old, sore throat or a temperature, you WILL be asked, by your therapist or reception staff to reschedule your appointment.
