10.01.2022 https://alisontarranteducation.com WELCOME TO ALISON TARRANT EDUCATION My brand new website is finally finished and I’m so happy to share it with all of you.... This is just the beginning of my adventure of bringing my teaching to video and I am extremely interested to know what your educational concerns are for your children or for you (as an adult student). Also, if you are a teenager looking at my Facebook page, I want your input too. The main topics that most parents are concerned with (especially in primary school) are letter formation, phonics, punctuation, grammar, arithmetic, times tables and fractions. I am currently working on the punctuation programme and have been asked by many parents to start the times tables programme and fractions programme right now. These programmes in their entirety are hundreds and hundreds of hours of work, however, if you need me to do a quick video on a specific thing, I am quite happy to do this. For example, you may want a short video done on quotation marks or what is the most effective way to teach times tables. Short informative videos are easy to do, but most of these programmes will take me hundreds of hours to complete. I won’t stop until they are all finished. If you didn’t see my previous post, the Letter Formation Programme was completed a few weeks ago and I am getting some wonderful feedback from the students that have been using it. 03.01.2022 Applied Scholastics Wattle Grove Success! NEWS FLASH! These two amazing girls pictures below have both received a BAND 8, which is the highest, in writing for their Year 5 NAPLAN results! One of them also received a Band 8 and a very high Band 7 for their punctuation and grammar! These girls worked so hard on our "Creative Writing Programme" when they were coming here and we are so proud that all their hard work has paid off! Go girls!
