23.01.2022 Today I received a call from a customer who wanted a termite inspection, within a few short minutes using a moisture meter I found termites behind the hallway wall, treatment chosen aboveground bat stations and a putty like bait, the bait works slowly allowing the termites enough time to transfer the chemical back to the nest. The first picture showing the finished look the second showing setting up the third showing the infested timber stud.

21.01.2022 A new customer of mine purchased his home as recent as 6 weeks ago, after having a clear outcome from his pest and building report (prepaired by others) he spent $520,000 on purchasing his home, as he and his family excitedly moved in they decided on a cockroach/spider treatment. This is were I come in, I found a unusual marking on the timber frame around the door to the robe, this alarmed me, so I looked inside the robe to find mudding, my heart sank for these young recent home owners, termites. The first picture shows the timber framework, the second and third shows the termite mudding, the last showing the termites. It definitely pays to use a reputable inspection company.

08.01.2022 A great part of my work is Pre - construction work, this includes termite proofing on newly laid concrete slab before construction takes place, firstly placing termite proof collars to all service point (drainage pipes and service points) before concrete is poured, as per pictures, secondly placing a bead of bifenthrin amalgamated silicone then the chemical impregnated blue parameter course fixed with concrete nails. Bricks will be laid on top of the blue course giving protection against termites for the future of the home.
