18.01.2022 Only one month left to dine at The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney this year. Book now to avoid missing out! The last day we are open this year is Friday 29 November and we will be re-opening with our new students on 25 February 2020.

16.01.2022 Thankyou for supporting The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney and our students through out the year. As this is a TAFE Training Restaurant, we have now closed for the year. We will be reopening with our new students on Tuesday 25 February 2020. We hope you are able to dine with us in 2020. 13.01.2022 Another very successful and enjoyable Melbourne Cup Day lunch at The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney this year. Our Commercial Cookery, Hospitality, Visual Merchandising, floristry and Events Students and their teachers did a wonderful job. Thankyou to the Korean students, who studied with us for a few weeks for their help too.

Thankyou to our fantastic Teachers and Students from Hospitality, Commercial Cookery, Visual Merchandising, Events and Floristry for helping deliver a great function for our guests. 11.01.2022 TAFE Training Restaurants Continued Temporary Closure Notice Dear The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney Guests, While TAFE NSW has restarted face-to-face teaching again, we have taken the necessary precaution to change the way we deliver face-to-face training that requires close personal contact. ... We have decided to continue to close our Training Restaurants to the public to limit the number of people attending TAFE Campuses. Communication will be emailed to our guests once we have a confirmed date for re-opening. We appreciate your support in managing the safety and wellbeing of all at TAFE NSW, especially in these unfolding circumstances. Thankyou to all our guests for your support throughout the year. The restaurant is now closed and will reopen late February 2019.

08.01.2022 Restaurant Reopening Notice: Great news, we will be reopening our TAFE Training Restaurant from Monday 10 August! Our reservation system will reopen on 27 July 2020. We are slowly getting our customers back to dine with us and will be opened for two Dinners and one Lunch each week until Wednesday 2 December with a reduced capacity of 30 guests for each sitting.... Monday Dinner 6pm - 9pm Tuesday Lunch 12pm - 2pm Wednesday Dinner 6pm - 9pm We have implemented additional hygiene and social distancing measures and are following the Governments COVID-19 Regulations. We are required to maintain a register of the names and contact details of all the guests dining in the restaurant. 06.01.2022 TAFE Training Restaurants Temporary Closure Notice Dear The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney Guests, Over the weekend, there were further announcements about measures the Federal and State Governments will be taking to manage the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). ... TAFE NSW is open, and courses will continue to run as normal. However, we have taken the necessary precaution to change the way we deliver face-to-face training that requires close personal contact. This is in-line with the Australian Governments advice about implementing social distancing practices to stop or slow the spread of infectious disease. We have decided to close our Training Restaurants from 23rd March 2020. At this stage we have cancelled all reservations until 24 April 2020. Communication will be emailed to our guests once we have a confirmed date for re-opening. We appreciate your support in managing the safety and wellbeing of all at TAFE NSW, especially in these unfolding circumstances. 03.01.2022 There are only 7 weeks left until the restaurant closes for the year! There are only 3 dates which still have availability for our lunches: Tuesday 20 October ... Tuesday 27 October Tuesday 1 December We still have availability for most of our dinners, which are held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights until Thursday 3 December. Due to the COVID-19 regulations we are still restricted to a maximum of 10 guests per booking and a total capacity of 30 guests in the restaurant.
