11.01.2022 I love evidence-based Change Leadership advice. So, I think this article by BCG is worth a read. BCG studied 225 companies and found a consistent correlation between the outcomes (success or failure) of change programs and four DICE factors: 1) The commitment of both senior executives and the staff whom the change will affect the most;... 2) The additional effort that employees must make to cope with the change. 3) The project duration, particularly the time between project reviews; 2) The performance integrity, or the capabilities of project teams; A hospital GM quantified issues with 3 out of 6 change projects after applying the DICE framework. This case shows why evidence-based and practical Change Leadership has such a high ROI.
