21.01.2022 Approvals By Design recently embarked on producing drawings for a commercial fit-out and renovation at this iconic, expanding riverside cafe in Perth's south. Our client required more undercover seating and restaurant area for their breakfast and lunch service. Our brief was to deliver a unified renovation to tie in with the existing building and surrounding parkland area.

13.01.2022 Our clients project requirements was to re fit-out his Medical Centre with additional Medical Practices & Health Café with Dining area. They also wanted to take advantage of the park views adjoining their building. The design required the existing Disability Access - which was not compliant to be upgraded to the current Australian Standards. The design was delivered on time & fully met our clients expectations.

11.01.2022 This warehouse conversion located in Perth's South has approx. 300m2 of space and a clever rooftop garden that features stunning views of the surrounding parkland and beyond. Bringing in natural light was difficult, the only glazing came in the form of the existing saw-toothed roof, but we were able to achieve light-filled and BCA complaint rooms. Elements like the roof deck engaged the surrounding area and brought amazing re-use to this unique space.
