03.01.2022 How was your weekend? When you love your job, you are excited to receive an urgent request on a Saturday afternoon. Not as exciting for the new tenants unfortunately. A few slipped roof tiles and recent bad weather had the ceiling crashing down, and even brought a furry possum friend into the property as well. Damaged area cut out, wet insulation removed, electrical checked, hole boarded up temporarily and the lounge room cleaned as if nothing ever happened. Happy tenants. Happy landlord. Happy agent.
