12.01.2022 The problem with Lateral Airway XRay interpretation Same patient - on the right the palate is elevated making it look like he has a 100% obstruction, astute radiographer repeated the XRay with palate in the relaxed position. Still shows large adenoids but not complete obstruction - important as this patient also had congested turbinates which was the actual cause of his complete nasal obstruction!
