23.01.2022 **Pre-Primary Enrolment 2021** If your child was born between 1 July 2015 and 30 June 2016 they are required to enrol in Pre-Primary for next year. All childr...en, even those currently enrolled in a Kindergarten program at Albany Primary School, must have an application form completed and submitted on their behalf to be considered for enrolment into Pre Primary. Please visit the front office at Albany Primary School for an application form, or telephone (08) 9842 7400 if you are seeking more information.

23.01.2022 Next Monday's P&C meeting will include discussion on the working group's upcoming lunch service options report, and a vote on which option best suits Albany Pri...mary School P&C for 2020 and beyond. We can only share this report with members - and our constitution states members can vote at a meeting (no absent votes allowed) if they attend. So...if you would like to be involved in this decision but are not a member please send us a message or email [email protected] to have a membership form sent your way. 21.01.2022 On Friday 11th December the P&C is supporting the school PBS reward day We are looking for BBQ cooks and ice cream scoopers - this is a fun day for our kids and a great way to see them at school! 17.01.2022 *** P&C UPDATE *** Last night we had 31 people attend our meeting including some new members and we thank you all for giving up your Monday evening. The Working Group report was tabled and discussed. With an issue of this nature of course there were conflicting opinions but the vast majority of commentary was both polite and respectful, and we appreciate this. APS P&C give thanks to the Working Group for volunteering their time preparing this document. Feedback today includ...es comments that the report "was fairly presented with a lot of research and effort". It is important that this process was followed and that the views of interested members were able to be shared. Our members have shown clear support for us to pursue having lunches delivered to our school by an external provider. A sub-committee has now been formed to set the criteria required to select a provider and expressions of interest will be called for shortly. Anyone wishing to join this sub-committee, or suggest external providers is asked to contact us via email. Thank you, we look forward to working together to create a positive solution for the remainder of 2020 and beyond. See more

Orders can be placed online through a QuickCliq account (easy to set up) and delivered to your child's classroom, or held for collection at the front office of the school. 12.01.2022 With a quorum of 8 brave (or crazy) members we have held our meeting tonight. Thanks to those who braved the weather and the last minute power outage to make it - and to Mr Smith for unlocking the school and joining us even though he was blissfully unaware of the power problems most of us had experienced! 10.01.2022 Parents and family at our school athletics carnival enjoyed fabulous coffee and great service from Mr and Mrs Sippy today, and some delicious sweet treats from Town Cakery. At the end of the day, Roberta kindly donated ALL of the cake sales cash to our P&C!! Thank you! Not only do we enjoy the best coffee and cake at our events, we also really appreciate your generosity in giving up time and effort for our kids

A dads group is a place to meet other dads and father-figures to chat, share and support each other and be the best father-figures and dads we can be. So please come along to learn some interesting things about fathering and how a Fathering Project Dads Group can support our kids and the school community toward a healthier and happier future. 04.01.2022 5 weeks of school pick-ups and carpark chaos left parents... we are nearly there. Would you like to see our Walking School Bus up and running again in 2021? Then we’d like to hear from you! All APS student in Kindy Year 3 should now have a hard copy of the Walking Bus 2021 form at home, but if you’re not in those year groups or your note didn't make it home, let us know! You can either drop off a hard copy to the school office, or email your interest in joining the walking team to [email protected].

Please understand we have been working very hard behind the scenes to bring these changes to you and we feel disappointed to not have it ready in time...
