It seems easier (initially at least) to bury ones head in the sand and hope for the best- unfortunately this is not a solution. Its the managers responsibility to continually be on the look out for any impending issues between staff members, and then take an active role to resolve them. If conflict is not handled efficiently, it can quickly escalate into a crisis- and thats bad for everyone!
