16.01.2022 Low back tight? Long week of sitting at the office desk? Tight from heavy squats? Give this lower back stretch a whirl! Anchor a band, support it over your waist and between your legs. Posteriorly tilt your pelvis (squeeze glutes & have a flat back) and hang out and enjoy the stretch. Excellent for lengthening the spinal erectors.

04.01.2022 Took a while to get to me, but heres the fruits of my labor. Having this doesnt necessarily make you a better coach, and neither does any S&C qualification. It has however taught me a much deeper understanding of human physiology and performance, which underpins athletic development. Continued education is important in any sector, and this is a token of it. Might give uni a break for a bit. #oldstudent #whathecsdebt #straighttothepoolroom
