16.01.2022 Healthy and Cleansing Miso Soup: Ingredients: 1 L water 75-100g white miso paste (dissolve in hot water - add a little more or less for your taste preference). 10-15g wakame/seaweed (undaria pinnatifida)... 150g enoki mushrooms 75g shitake mushrooms 1-2 bunches of spring onions Method: Pan fry spring onions for 2-3 minutes, add mushrooms and pan fry for a further 30 seconds. Add miso paste with water. Add seaweed and bring to boil and then turn back and simmer for 2-3 minutes. The soup is now ready to serve. Scientifically researched benefits of miso soup; 1. Contains all essential amino acids making it a complete protein. 2. High in antioxidants that protects against free radicals. 3. Protects against radiation due to dipilocolonic acid, an alkaloid that crystallizes heavy metals and discharges them from the body. For further benefits google enoki mushrooms and shitake mushrooms to see the benefit of these superfoods.

10.01.2022 Grow and juice your own organic wheat grass. Trays and organic potting mix available at your local hardware store and organic wheat grass seeds from your local health food store. If the kids can do it, so can you! Tip: Use 2 trays and plant seeds 5 days apart to ensure you have a constant supply.
