10.01.2022 Mobility Matters - Starts Wed 10 Feb 11.15am live online - fortnightly during Term 1 - details and bookings below Watching someone who can barely get out of a chair in their 50’s or 60’s is sad. . . and it doesn’t have to be the case. We don’t have a choice not to age, but we DO have a choice HOW we age. If you continue telling yourself the same story, using that as your reason, that is your choice. In 2020 I witnessed and had the honour, pride & joy of working online each fortnight with a group who all had varying challenges, in their 50’s to 80’s, but were curious & willing to explore a chance to change their story! They embraced the Mobility Matters method. They wanted to get up from the chair easily, to play with the grandchildren, to mow the lawn, to live their lives with independence, freedom and joy! I often talk to clients who had grand plans to do a lot of exercise and physical activities with the time they have, and yet they don't.
