25.01.2022 Hope Vale SEWB team have been conducting DIY Driftwood & Flower Workshops the last two weeks and have proven to be very popular. Some fantastic pieces have come together from some crafty and creative community members. The workshops have also included education sessions from QIFVLS Queensland Indigenous Family Violence Legal Service and the Remote Area Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Care Advisory Assoc. (RAATSIC) and we'd like to thank them for their participation. #OurHealthInOurHands



24.01.2022 Jessie, Clara and Fiona from the TIS team ventured to Hope Vale this week to spread the anti-smoking word. This month is Lung Cancer Awareness Month and whilst in community they were granted some time on local radio station Hope Vale 107.7 to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of lung cancer, and encouraged community members to complete their annual health check.
