24.01.2022 We have been inundated with calls and messages today regarding pools going brown overnight due to the dirty rain. We will endeavour to get to all of them as soon as possible but please be aware that due to an already high existing number of bookings, it is unlikely they will be attended to until next week. The best course of action until then, is to oxidise, add a clarifying tablet to the skimmer and run the filter on manual for 24-48 hours then backwash filter every 24 hours. Bring your pool water sample into our store where we are fully stocked with all your pool care needs.

All pool/spa chemical & equipment supplies will be as per Phone & Collect guidelines from our retail store. ... We will continue to provide contactless onsite pool/spa maintenance during business hours Monday to Friday 9am 5pm and we will also be available outside of business hours 7 days a week during reasonable hours for genuine emergencies.
